Ilene Bergelson is an international presenter, moderator, educator and executive coach known for delivering straight talk with a sense of humor. She is also the founder of Lifemoves Health LLC, a New York City based company specializing in conscious movement training. In all of her work, Ilene’s emphasis on utilizing inner awareness, a strong sense of connection to the self and a partnership-oriented approach has given people the chance to express themselves more fully both physically and verbally.

Upon noticing that many brilliant people undermine their expertise by the way they communicate, Ilene began accepting speaking invitations to bring the topics of self-expression, interpersonal communication and public speaking performance (and it is a performance, after all) to light. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of NYU and Founder’s Day Scholar, Ilene draws on her advanced studies in theatrical arts, expression, physicality, biomechanics and the healing arts to create innovative, multimodal trainings and coaching experiences that fuse self-exploration and discovery with practical learning.
As a performer on Broadway, in film and on television, Ilene has developed special communication and presence techniques, which she shares with senior level executives so that they can actualize their full potential as impactful communicators.
